Profile:  James joined Hoolihan Valuations in 2003 after graduating from UQ with a degree in Real Estate and Development. James undertakes a variety of valuations including residential, commercial, industrial and rural, specializing in macadamia plantations together with development feasibility work.  He has extensive knowledge of the Lismore regional market, commencing as Branch Manager in July, 2008.

Profile:  Mike joined Hoolihan Valuations in 2005 with previous experience working with LJ Hooker Corporate in Sydney for 5 years, the Federal Government Valuation Department and in private consultancy for firms which included IBM, AGL and CSR. Mike has a long association with Lismore having been raised and schooled in the area and returned to the Far North Coast in 1990.  He has worked in the Lismore and surrounding districts for the past 20 years and has a varied and wide knowledge of the area with a particular emphasis on rural enterprises.

Profile:  Jessica graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2007 and joined Taylor Byrne in December 2009. Prior to joining Taylor Byrne, Jessica worked as a Strategic Consultant with Jones Lang LaSalle during which time she gained experience in commercial, retail and residential properties providing market research, economic and financial analysis and strategic advisory. Jessica undertakes primarily residential and rural residential valuations in Lismore and surrounding localities.
